RegistrationThe SageCircle website requires registration and validation. Click on the “register” link and complete the form. Your username may not contain the special characters of "_" or "/" but letters and numbers are allowed. Many people use the first part o their email addess up to the "@" sign.
At the bottom of the form check the terms box and click on the submit button. The screen will refresh and explain that you will receive a validation email. Some of our clients have had a problem with this email getting stuck in their spam filter. We monitor the process and are able to validate your account if it appears you did not receive the email. We will send you an email if we validate your account.
LoginOur security process interacts with your browser . If your browser did not properly clear it might give you a message that your session timed out. If that happens just click on the HOME link to return to the main page and log in again. Clicking your browser back button may cause more problems.
Occasionally you might receive an error stating “invalid token”. This is caused by the browser keeping the previous login information in its cache and not properly clearing. To fix this problem select the tools menu and locate the command to clear the browser cache. Then restart the browser. If that does not work repeat the process and reboot before trying to log in.
